Established in 1993, Universal Bar is Northbridge’s iconic live music venue and is amongst the most popular function venues in Perth. Since its opening, it has built a reputation for offering the finest quality food and beverages, award-winning bartenders and an unrivalled atmosphere that sees patrons returning week in and week out.
Located on William Street in the heart of Northbridge, the venue is immersed in the city’s vibrant nightlife and frequently attracts large crowds for corporate functions, cocktail parties, birthdays, sundowners and live music events.
Why did the client need our help?
Nearly 15 years ago, Universal Bar was searching for a beverage provider that could offer an extensive product range as well as easy, helpful and transparent communication. To make sure their fridges and shelves were always fully stocked, they would need a supplier who also had the ability to accommodate warehouse pickups.
What did we do to help?
We sat down with Universal Bar management to discuss their requirements. Impressed by our excellent customer service, we went on to create an account in our ordering portal right away. They could now easily see live product availability, place orders and know what time to expect their next-day delivery. Although we’re not their only beverage provider, they do source a large amount of beer, wine, spirits and mixers from us.
