Why did the customer need our help?
Around six years ago, Julia Pui from Miss Chow’s was searching for a beverage provider who could offer not only a large range and the convenience of ordering online for all three restaurants but also had years of hospitality industry know-how. On a recommendation from a friend, Julia decided to contact our team and have a chat about how we would be able to help.
What did we do to help?
After discussing our services and product range with Julia, we helped design a drinks list that would pair perfectly with the Asian-inspired dishes. We showed her how easy and efficient it was to order through our online portal and spoke about how our dedicated delivery team could offer on-time and in-full delivery every time.
