The Beaufort is Perth’s newest inner-city hospitality precinct, standing proudly amongst the hustle and bustle of Beaufort Street and featuring three unique and individual venues in one. Boasting an array of contemporary beer gardens and landscaped terraces, the pub sprawls across three levels of playful spaces. The modern southeast Asian restaurant, Lotus, offers a spread of authentic dishes celebrating flavours from across the orient. And hidden deep within the depths of the precinct, customers can find Cypher – a quirky speakeasy cocktail bar hosting live music every night.
Each individual venue offers a different range of local and imported beer, wine, spirits and liqueurs, and is renowned for having its own menu of signature as well as classic cocktails and mocktails.

Before the very first drink could be served at The Beaufort, Michael Hegerty was on the lookout for an expert beverage supplier that could keep up with the demand of multiple on-premise venues and swiftly adapt supply as necessary. Michael had heard great things about us through the grapevine and got in touch with our specialists to chat about his unique requirements.

We discussed with Michael how we could partner with The Beaufort to help the new business thrive from day one. We confirmed that we could supply the majority of the beverage mix for the three extensive drinks lists and could tailor a mix to suit the aesthetic of each venue.
