Cooee Restaurant is a casual restaurant located on the banks of the Swan River at the iconic Old Swan Brewery site. Opening in November of 2020, it delights with an inviting menu that runs from early morning into the night and is a welcoming spot for any occasion. Customers can sit back, enjoy a tantalising meal, take in the stunning views over the Swan River and watch the world drift by.
The thoughtfully put-together drinks list includes bespoke and classic cocktails, an expansive range of spirits and liqueurs, dozens of local and international wines and a handful of non-alcoholic options to boot.
The hard stuff
In the early days of the restaurant, the team at Cooee was on the lookout for a responsive and supportive beverage wholesaler with sound communication skills. It was also necessary that their supplier could deliver a comprehensive range suited to the venue’s aesthetic, clientele and knockout menu that aimed to showcase Western Australia’s finest produce.
