Inspired by summer days down south this super refreshing India Pale Lager carries a simple and light grain bill and massive hop aroma. Light bread crust flavours give way to the tropical fruit aromas and drinkmemore bitterness. Best served with sunshine, salty hair and good times. Our handcrafted brews are made using rainwater, malt, hops, yeast and sunshine to power our brew house. Alc 5.8% IBU 31 MALTS: Pale, Wheat, Carapalis, Rye, Munich HOPS: Simco, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Saphir

Draught	German-styled pilsener	Filtered to birght the complete WLB Draught displays a creamy compact foam over a pale golden and brilliant base. It holds a fine aroma of pine needies, fresh grass and lemon.	4.8%/25/12
Wit	Belgian-styled Wheat Beer	Our Wit has a balanced complexity, and is rich-yet-zesty with notes of tangerine and clove. Crisp on the finish with a hint of coriander.	4.6%/20/12
Standard	Englist Ordinary Bitter	Our WLB Standard is a level and enduring minstrength with a sweet biscuity malt base and a floral-fruity spritz; hints of stone fruit. Paw-paw and rockmelon.	3.5%/22/24
Pilsener	Bohemian-styled Pilsener	The rich golder hue from the dark Munich malts and generous bitterness from Czech and New Zealand hops if topped with a creamy white, densely packer head. White papper and passionfruit to finish.	5.0%/35/15
Dark	German Schwarzbier	Full malt dark beer that is both light and dry. White Lakes Dark is an excellent warmer with a complex eight-malt profile. A mahogany myriad of malt flavor, impressioned by chocolate and roasted coffee, sprarmint and citrus.	4.8%/25/60
